Annual maintenance is optional and can be obtained for $20.00 per year.

A user with annual maintenance is entitled to all software updates and free upgrades to any future new version. CMS provides users with a private area login where users enter the EMAIL address they want to be notified when updates are placed on the web. A special program called CMSSoftwareUpdater.exe, which will connect to the web site, automatically download and update any local CMS product, is provided. This functionality is similar to Windows Update.
