Maintenance can mean different things
for different GIS vendors. Below are the CMS maintenance details.
CMS provides 24 hour system support.
Our office is open from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through
Friday, with an emergency number for all other times.
Our technical staff will always provide quick and accurate
response to technical questions about our software, support software
connectivity or hardware setup.
After the grace period of 90 days, maintenance
can be purchased on a yearly contract basis.
This contract is renewed annually and includes online
software updates and telephone technical support.
CMS has integrated a web based software
notification and distribution system into our web site.
The web site is updated and notifications are sent each time
a module is compiled, giving you instant access to the most recent
version. If we need you to send
us any files from your system, simply login to your client area of
our web site where they can be instantly uploaded.
Support and maintenance for all custom software
is provided free for 90 days upon receipt of the software.

reasonable cost. CMS is able to keep maintenance prices low by
having low overhead, a dependable product and an expert staff
able to take care of clients quickly. If you are currently
